About Me

My favorite name to be called is Tootsie, but those in real life call me Glenda.
I am a single mother of three beautiful children- one boy, two girls under the age of 11. I am a mother with much on the go.
I have no formal garden related training or education. I am proud to say that what I know I taught myself and I am still learning. I love to grow the flowers that make others smile. My dream has always been to have a greenhouse that will hold enough flowers to make a living on, but for now, I am a hobby gardener with big dreams, and am content to do that.
I am a determined lady in her 30's that has been carried by the lord through good and bad times. I have learned that in this life if you want something bad enough you will find a way to achieve it. Never let anyone set limits on your spirit.
This is my life and I am living every moment of it in hopes of making my children proud to have me as their mother.
My blog is a creative outlet, and a learning tool. I share and glean inspiration and information between friends I have grown to know and love. Blogging has opened a new world of friendship which knows no distance, or limits!
