Wonder If Jack Could Jump Over This Candlestick!

Oh you guys! I am excited to share this with you today...so I linked in on not one but TWO parties today!
Click on the Coloradolady to find more entries from her vintage thingies meme for today!
Don't forget to stop over and say hi to Leigh and check those that are linking in to Thrifty Thursday...click the photo to get there...
Thanks to both ladies for hosting this for us.
Since the day I got that sewing machine that I shared the other day, I have been enchanted by this very special piece that I picked up at the same time....I have been reminded of the nursery rhyme Jack be nimble, Jack be quick....(okay then you get the idea.) Without further adieu....I present to you a candle like I have never seen before!!!!
TA-DA!!!!! This is one candle! ONE I swear!
Have you ever seen anything like it????Look!!! I can prove it!!! One base...with all these arms!
I had to have it when I realized what it was. I originally picked up the box thinking it was a box of pilar candles....then it became apearant that it was a very special candle. I most likely will never use it...I don't want to waste it...but I will put it out to share with those who visit.
It is a great conversation piece! Have you ever seen one before? Is it common and I live in a bubble? Is it old? I have no clue...all I know is that I thought it was neat!
Now...don't forget to stop in for Fertilzer Friday and accept the invitation to Flaunt your Flowers with me. There is no reason to be shy....just link in and share your houseplants and flowers!
Can't wait to see you tomorrow!

Wow, that is the coolest, and strangest candle I've ever seen! I can't wait to see if anyone else has ever seen one. I think you're right to not burn it, because who knows when you would ever find another!
That picture of your garden in your header has let me speechless! I've never seen such a colorful little garden, and now I must go peak at the rest of your blog!
Happy VTT!

Okay, I guess I'm in the minority, but I think that is just odd...I'm not sure it is pretty. Very, very odd.

If you live in a bubble then I am right there with you because I have never seen anything like that either. It would be a great conversation piece (or a real fire starter if it was lit :)

Awesome, I never seen a candlestick
like this.

I have never seen anything like this candle. We do have Christmas candles kind of Y shape with one line going right up in the middle, but they can be packed flat and they burn nicely.

Hi Tootsie, I have been trying to comment for days! For some reason it wouldn't let me...Finally!! Anyway, this is the coolest candle I've ever seen!! Love it!! I also did not know that spraying water on your annuals would save them from frost...glad to know that. Mine are looking kind of bad right now though. I will be planting pansies and mums soon. I also love the new sewing maching, what a great find!! Have a good one, Kristen

Weird, but I really like the candle. But I would because I like unique things; something no one else has. You and Gloria come up with the most unusual things.
Now what will you put on the sides of the candle holder with this one in the middle? Nothin?

I must live in the same bubble because I have never seen one like it either. It is really unique. I got a card from Sabrina today, posted on the chat space. I have been cutting back and removing some flowers, always feels kind of sad. Thinking of painting my husband's plow too back to it's original colors which were red, blue and cream.
