Fertilizer Friday/ Flaunt Your Flowers Dec.7/12

Copy_of_001
Good Day Friends!   I hope you are all staying nice and warm this winter!!!   ARE YOU GET READY!?!?!?!  IT IS FRIDAY!!! FRIDAY IS FLAUNTING DAY!!! I am so glad you stopped by!
Friday is a BIG day for us here at Tootsie Time…(ok, just me…there is no one else here…lol) It’s a big deal because it means it’s PARTY TIME!!!! Fertilizer Friday is the day of the week than an ELITE group of gardeners from all around the world get together, snap photos, link up and Flaunt Their Flowers!!!
If you are new to Tootsie Time and Fertilizer Friday, I just know you are asking yourself…”How do I join?”
Well…it’s easy really. Here’s all you need to know to become a part of this great group of gardeners, bloggers and friends:
If it is spring or summer where you live, you need to snap a few photos of what you have growing, blooming or just love to look at that is of the plant variety…if it is winter where you live, you may post past favorite photos…or indoor plants…whatever you like. The only criteria is that it is a plant or something growing! You do not need to use fertilizer to participate in this party, but if you do, this is the reminder to fertilize weekly! All I ask is that: Your post must include the logo above and/or a link to Tootsie Time, or the linky will be deleted. So....I would like to invite each and every one of you to join in and share your photos...
You will need to work with me here for a bit, I am adjusting to a new laptop…the keys are a tad different and I am struggling with that stupid mouse thing that is on the base of the keyboard.  It is always in my way.  lol
This week has gone by so fast, in spite of the cold and the few extra inches of snow we got.  I do have some new shots of the greenhouse to share though!
003
I did a little prep work in there….got more pots loaded and ready for seed…moved some things around to make room for more plants!
020My Christmas Cacti are blooming AGAIN!!!   YAY!
017
My old Geranium is blooming!
033
The plants are all doing well!

029
My seeds from our holidays are growing awesome!
005
It is a full house in there right now!
013
I have a lot of room to make after the holidays so that I can plant this spring’s crop!   My house will feel like a jungle!!!
034
For now I am happy to be in my greenhouse filled with all the things I love to grow year round!

Well kids…that is all for me for this week…now it is your turn…What are you waiting for??? Get flaunting!

I wish all of you hugs and smiles, and safe and happy weekend plans! Thank you all so much for dropping in today, and to those that faithfully link in to this party…and who are patient while waiting for me to FINALY visit you…it seems there are not enough hours in a day anymore...THANK YOU!

Until Next Time... Happy Gardening!

*)*)*)  Love is not a word or a feeling. It's an action. It's making someone else your priority. Saying I Love You and showing it are two very different things.

Your plants even mostly tropical looks better than ours here in their native land, haha! But that Schlumbergera is subtropical so we only see it in our highlands here. I haven't seen that color yet even in blogs. ...and that's a lot of post to work on again after the season. Keep warm Tootsie.

Hi Tootsie, your green house looks like a fun place to hang out. My Christmas cactus is white and is blooming again too.

I'm now on the prowl for a lavender Schlumbergera; thought I had ALL colors, lol.

All your plants look so healthy, magnificent. I get in allsorts of trouble with the stupid mousy thing on my laptop, it's really annoying :)

How lucky you are to be out in the greenhouse while the weather is cold. The plants are looking very healthy.

Glenda,

Things looks like they are staying nice and warm in your greenhouse. I'm sharing my outdoor and indoor Hanukkah Decorations today. Mostly indoor, but outdoors still has some pretty berries and foliage that liven up the holiday.
