now...instead of my regularly scheduled post...I am sharing this little story! One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well..The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.

I'm Just sayin! lol
I did have a different post planned for today, but unfortunately I did not have time to put it all together! I instead attended a REBA concert last evening and had a wonderful time! She is one heck of a performer...Thank you to a young man named Jeff...for the free ticket and to my friend Jennifer for taking me with! It was fun!

Great post....so glad I stopped by...
Glad you had fun at the concert, you deserve it! I wonder who this post was for, lol.
I'm laughing because our preacher told that story a couple of weeks ago. Only his version had something to do with seeing the possibilities in getting out of the situation and the moral was different. Of course, I don't remember what he said!!
I've heard the farmer story before. It is a good story and a great meaning too. Hope you have a great day, T
Yay donkey. Boo farmer.
How true this moral is, I lol, every time I read this story. When you are down the dirt folks shovel on you can be used to bury you or to bring you up, it is your choice....
Thanks for sharing and bringing a smile to my day.
love it!! Good stuff, funny yes, but I got the message!
LOL...funny!
Oh Tootsie, I so did not see that last part coming, lol! You crazy girl. Life's been shoveling a lot of that dirt at me lately but it's getting harder and harder to stomp the dirt down and step up. These old legs are tired, lol! It's okay though I'll probably survive. Have a great day. Reba would be a blast to see and I'm glad you got to go!
Good one!! Thanks for the inspiration today!
Darn that's one smart donkey. Sometimes getting up is hard to do but it is all worth it. Thanks for the reminder that we are to get up and/or take a step up.
Hi Toots...love you latest blog, if the shoe fits hey? Dont we all know who the farmers are here....... lets keep being the donkeys girl....give them a big infection! love from your BILE!
OMG - that was an emotional roller coaster for 30 seconds! First I wanted to cry. Then I was cheering. Then I cracked up. Good stuff Tootsie!
