Fertilizer Friday is the day when gardeners from all over the world join in and share the blooms of their labors!
If you are new to this party...WELCOME!!! If you are a regular...WELCOME BACK! Anyone can post plants of any kind...you are all welcome...the more the merrier!
Now...if you are not familiar with the winter rules here...you will be...since I have ZERO to share...my gardens are bare...I (and other gardeners in similar climates) are sharing our favorite photos from months, gardens, years gone by, or the current indoor gardens and houseplants that they have. Those who have real live beauty to share are doing just that!
I would like to add, that if you are not a fertilizer...you may still join in. The name Fertilizer Friday actually was coined to remind those of us who like to feed our greens, but forget! Fertilizing is not a must...but the flaunting...IS!
Please Publish the Fertilizer Friday Logo at the top of this post, and link into the mister linky list below. If you do not do this, you may not get as many "tourists" visiting your Friday post. If I cannot figure out which post on your blog is the Fertilizer Friday Post….I will simply delete your link. This has become a problem for some as of late and then I get a stack of emails wondering why some are just linking in for the heck of it.
okay…
My greenhouse has taken off.
Things are getting along nicely….
The Loofah is forgiving me and has decided to grow.
LOOK! Blooms!
Coleus out of control…
My hanging baskets have decided to make a go of it.
I have even got a bloom!
now that’s about all I have to share in the way of the pretty…there was a dark side to the week.
Bilbo…was incarcerated.
He was apprehended trying to do a home invasion.
He was holding the fake eggs hostage and then when he heard the ‘cops’ coming…
He made a run for it….tried to hide in ‘china’…
But alas, he was not as smart as he thought, and was sent to the crown for prosecution! haha
He watched sheepishly as the surveliance video was presented as evidence…
And the crown threw the book at him.
The guards were not that bright, (or strong) and …
Bilbo was able to sweet talk them into sending some mail out of the jail…
To a little sweetie who loves to have tea. She agreed to meet with him when he got out, and to pen pal with him while he was in there…I guess some chicks just like the bad boys…lol
She waited for him….
And waited for him…
And when he got out he went to her place for tea. (please ignore the ugly dresser behind her…her mom is plotting to fix it up)
They partied all day long that first day of his freedom…!
I popped in for a visit, and there he was!!!
He’s such a diva…has to be in every shot!
Good thing he’s so cute! But not as cute as my Busy!
Okay…Bilbo wanted one last shot before he headed out to……LONA AT A HOCKING HILLS GARDEN!!! Oh girl...put the breakables away...tie down your valuables...secure your garden...and lock up your daughters!!!! Bilbo is comin!!! haha...he's a stinker...but a cute one!
So that’s it…all caught up here….now it’s your turn…hit the garden, feed, (or don’t) and snap some shots…then link in…and flaunt away! I am looking forward to seeing!
Thank you to Georgie...for snapping a few shots...she refused to be in this post as she is the one with the huge eyebrow from the stunt skateboarding!

I have to be honest with you - your greenhouse plants are making me wish I had a greenhouse! They are amazing and you are doing a great job with them...thanks for hosting and sharing all your great ideas! Paula in Idaho
Your greenhouse is filling up quickly isn't it. Everything is growing so well. I love coleus. They look good anywhere.
So Bilbo is giving you a hard time of it. I just wouldn't let him come back. Bad boys don't need to be messing around your house. LOL
I just read the previous post and girl you better take better care of yourself. You haven't been eating have you. After my incidence I have tried every day (ok nearly everyday) to eat at least 2 medium size meals. Did you go the doctor? I sure hope you are OK. Take BETTER care of you.
I love the pictures not only of Bilboo but of your darlings and you!
Eileen

Happy to join the gardening crew this morning. The sun is shining here in NS ... and I'm working. But tomorrow I'll be out in the dirt again.
Hi Tootsie! I am linking in for the first time and so glad to join. I'll be coming back to take a look at all the gardeners! So sorry you've had a tough week and hope you're better soon!
Ok...I am LOVING The UFC shirt! LOL!!!
Bilbo....I am going to have to straighten him out! Seems he is always getting into trouble these days! But the women love him!
My greenhouse didn't perform very well! I guess it is just too hot! I moved it into the shade...but it still isn't doing so great!
Hi Tootsie! Girl, I always enjoy your posts! Every time I see the results of having a greenhouse, I want one. Aaah, someday. And I love all of the pictures of you and the kiddos you shared with us. I love the story you presented to us. :) Have a great day, Ms Tootsie!

I'm always so impressed each week with how things are growing in your greenhouse. Your plants are the size of what I've been seeing in the nurseries here.
Bilbo really did get himself into trouble. Good thing he has your Busy to keep him on the right path. :)
I put your logo on my sidebar, I often put the post together ahead of time and almost always forget the logo for the post. Now it's always on my blog in case I forget again :)
Your plants are looking so gorgeous. I'll bet you're glad to be shipping that wild Bilbo off. Hope you're feeling better. You look great!
Nothing to flaunt today Toots. I am needing to get out and purchase. That can be very expensive. Now I see how and why you have so many flowers. A lot of work and not a lot out of pocket for one season. You are a sharp cookie.

Your greenhouse is filling up, be careful you just may get lost in there! Everything looks amazing!!
Looks like Bilbo had a full visit, that little stinker!
Enjoy your weekend and take care young lady!
*hugs*deb
Busy, busy, busy girl between the greenhouse, the kiddies and the adventures of Bilbo! How do you manage? Everyone and everything looks great!
Great story, great ending ... especially the photo of mom and daughter! We are getting totally new landscaping in front of our eleven townhomes. I am snapping photos each day of the progress and can't wait to share the end result! Basically the only thing really growing here on the High Desert!
LOL!
Goes to figure that Bilbo would be a problem for Busy and the boys(guards). He is getting out of control.
I am honored to have him visit but that Gnome is going to have to toe the line when he gets to Ohio. I will not put up with all his mocho, pouting, pushy, disrupting, jail bird, strutting self. He has only to ask my kids. LOL!
He will get no lovely tea parties here with a Princess. For that he will have to go back home to his Dirt Princess.
Girl I cannot believe how well your plants are growing in the greenhouse.
So glad to see the loofah is snapping out of it. Be very afraid. LOL!
Everything is bursting out in your green house. that's great! Looking good.
Hi Tootsie,
I enjoyed seeing your children, both plant and human. Oh, and one that is neither, and was just a visitor. He sure sounded like a handful! It still looks like a nursery in your greenhouse.
I combined my post with GBBD this week. It looks like I'll have some different blooms for next week.
I'm always amazed at the amount of work you put into your greenhouse and plants. You're just awesome, Miss Tootsie! PAM
Your plant babies are doing well in the greenhouse, looking healthy and nice. Your kids are a joy and Bilbo seems like fun even after he gets into mischief.
I would like to participate in FF too. This week, my FF post will be 2 in 1 with GBBD. Hope you don't mind. I have put the FF logo on my sidebar so that it is always visible, every second every day!
Hi Tootsie.....Bet your glad to get that Bilbo out of your house, that little stinker, Busy will miss him, especially at tea time. Looks like she is a busy little girl, in her room. The green house is just flooding over with greenery, looking great. Take good care of my stash. The longer they stay with you the happier they will be, they wont get that extra special touch at this savages house. Have a bilin day. love B
What do I say I so enjoy your blog. Love the pictures of the kidos and that crazy Bilbo. At least he hasn't slowed down your plants in the green house. Your greenhouse is so up lifting. Thanks for all the great pics!
I was here!
I read what you wrote the other day Tootsie. So I am going to go crook on you.
You are naughty, you need to take a break and have some rest, instead of doing everything that you do.
Your world won't fall apart if you are not perfect all of the time.
With Love from the other side of the pond.
Linda.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful babies with us all. People and plant ones.
Rest girl Rest!
It's exciting to see the blooms,. The children are darling. The girl looks like you Tootsie..
yvonne
Your plants are amazing, Glenda and to think that you grow them from seeds.....Christine
Oh I wish you had some. It smaells so good. You can see it growing in trees along a road that at one time had a house. The house may be gone but the wisteria is still gtowing. It looks so nice hanfing in trees. Some people train it to grow as a bush. This is the first time I have had so many blooms. Kathy
Cute kids tootsie. Everything is taking over in the greenhouse.
Hope she knows she has to watch that Bilbo every minute of the day.
Such a fun post Tootsie!! Maybe you could put one of those collars like the have for dogs on Bilbo to keep track of him!
I bet that stellar weather you guys are having is doing wonders in your greenhouse :)
beautiful plants in the greenhouse. I had an epiphany when I saw you and Busy.... after seeing how 'busy' you are... the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree :) Take care of yourself <3
Happy Friday! Tootsie..I can't believe how much your green house garden has grown! Soon they'll be gracing your yard with lovely color!
