Fertilizer Friday/ Flaunt Your Flowers Oct.8/10

Once again I am here to say WELCOME to all you Bloggers!/ Gardeners!/ Friends!!!! It’s Friday again already and that means it’s time to flaunt our flowers, gardens and all things green!

Now if you are not familiar with the rules of this little party…here they are;

If it is spring or summer where you live, you need to snap a few photos of what you have growing, blooming or just love to look at that is of the plant variety…if it is winter where you live, you may post past favorite photos…or indoor plants…whatever you like. The only criteria is that it is a plant or something growing!

You do not need to use fertilizer to participate in this party, but if you do, this is the reminder to fertilize weekly!

All I ask is that: Your post must include the logo above and a link to Tootise Time, or the linky will be deleted. I don’t mean to be harsh, but there have been a lot of people linking in and when the participants graciously click over to their blogs, there is no sign of Fertilizer Friday anywhere to be found. This is not fair to those who do follow the rules, therefore…well you know!

So? what are you waiting for? Get outside, feed, water, snap and post!

Another BUSY week has come and gone…and I am left with no time to spare. My yard is still in the process of being put down for a long winter nap, and the days seem so short. Kids, work, everything…just busy busy! I am looking forward to the days when I have a routine in place and I have time to spare!

Today, I am sharing some photos that were sent to me via email of a place called Montreal Gardens…I can’t even begin to describe the talent and creativity that goes into this place…not to mention how much work must go into maintaining it…thank you to my dear friend and Mom…for sending these to me…take a look!

I think this might be one of my favorites…wonder if there are forks and spoons too…

all aboard!!! the tour of Montreal Gardens is over…I am in awe of all that goes into this place. I hope one day to get to visit…I just don’t know how they do all this and keep it so perfect…they must have an army of gardeners…all with a lot of talent, vision and patience…I admire this! I can only dream of the day when I can trim my hedges straight across..hahaha!

Thank you to Gloria for sending me these photos…they are something to see for sure!

Now it it your turn…water, click and post!!! Don’t forget to hit the linky on your way so everyone else can see!!!

Thank you to you all for last weeks participation…I hope to see you all again this week…and more!!! I can hardly wait to see what you are all up to this week…it is such fun to get around and see what October looks like in other countries!!!

Without further delay, I bid you a safe and happy weekend… to everyone in Canada....HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!! To everyone else...hugs and smiles to all…and to my three winks…*) *) *)…and to one in particular…sorry about those ‘test’ results! It was a very important one…Oh well…gotcha’ covered- and when all else fails, and you don’t know what to do…all you need to do is ask!!! {8-)

That is quite some topiary... I looked it up on the net and apparently it was a temporary display in Montreal if my French is correct... I have been to the Montreal Botanical gardens a number of times and never saw such a display there... pretty impressive and it seems to me that I saw pictures of a similar display in China for the Olympics? Take care... L

Some gardeners are such talented artists; or maybe it's the other way around.
You'd be the envy of your neighbours if a topiary similar to any one of these adorned your front yard!
Thanks for hosting.

The owners are back in the country and want their house back. I have not found a new house to move to yet, so am in a state of panic at the moment. Oh well, soon you may be able to share a new garden full of weeds with me to work on. :(
