IT’S FRIDAY AGAIN!!!! I am SO glad to see you!
Friday is a BIG day for us here at Tootsie Time…(ok, just me…there is no one else here…lol) It’s a big deal because it means it’s PARTY TIME!!!! Fertilizer Friday is the day of the week than an ELITE group of gardeners from all around the world get together, snap photos, link up and Flaunt Their Flowers!!!
If you are new to Tootsie Time and Fertilizer Friday, I just know you are asking yourself…”How do I join?”
Well…it’s easy really. Here’s all you need to know to become a part of this great group of gardeners, bloggers and friends:
If it is spring or summer where you live, you need to snap a few photos of what you have growing, blooming or just love to look at that is of the plant variety…if it is winter where you live, you may post past favorite photos…or indoor plants…whatever you like. The only criteria is that it is a plant or something growing!
You do not need to use fertilizer to participate in this party, but if you do, this is the reminder to fertilize weekly!
All I ask is that: Your post must include the logo above and/or a link to Tootsie Time, or the linky will be deleted.
So....I would like to invite each and every one of you to join in and share your photos...
This is Good Friday…and that is a special Friday for us all. I do hope you all are going to have a wonderful Easter with Friends and Family, and take the time to remember the true meaning for this special Easter Holiday.
Last weekend, I got busy and did a little work in my new yard.
I have a lot to do in this yard, and little time these days to do anything. Working full time, and being a single mom is taking it’s toll on the left over moments stolen in the greenhouse, and garden!
My flaunt this week is a brief one, as I don’t have much new to share. I hated this white rock that is sitting under the windows in my front yard.
…So I got busy and removed it! I think it already looks a lot better! I am also thinking it might need to be re-shaped and made a tad bit larger to accommodate my plan!
It is coming up on the time to get some fresh soil for these beds and for the new ones I plan to create.
I am going to be doing a lot of work outside this weekend if I get that chance…the weather needs to co-operate with me!
I hope you all will join in and share what you have going on in your gardens…I apologize for my sorry excuse for a flaunt this week. Next week will be a good one…as I will have a LOT to share! You won’t even know what hit you when you see the progress in the greenhouse!
Now get busy…get your flaunt on! I just can’t wait to see!
Hugs , smiles and wishes for a safe and happy weekend with friends and family from Tootsie and her gang in Zone 2 Alberta Canada!!! HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!
Until Next Time…Happy gardening!
*)*)*) I taught my kids this Small but very meaningful quote this week : "when my absence doesn't alter your life, then my presence has no meaning in your life". I also taught them that I don't do the things I do to impress..I do those things cause its who I am…and that they need to live by this simple phrase. Being true to one’s self is the only thing that matters.

Wishing you and the children and the rest of your family a very Happy Easter!!
Thanks for hosting!
Hugs,

You do have a lot of work ahead of you. All 3 of our houses I had to start from scratch, which can be a good thing. However, I don't think I'd want to start all over again.
Have you seen the Medinilla mangifica out your way?
