To Celebrate YOU!

I am so pleased to finally be making this post! It tickles me just pink to announce that Tootsie Time has reached 500 followers! (and even a few more!)

Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t want my followers list to stay this size…I am greedy that way…I want more! Why? Because I love my followers!

This blogging thing has become a very important part of my life. In the beginning, I didn’t know what to say, or post about and was very nervous. Worried that no one would read it, I stressed myself out.

It was the followers that came along and never left me that made this whole site worth writing. The encouraging comments and inspiring posts by all of you, have helped me get through some very difficult times in my life.

I cannot express how thankful I am to have started this blog, and to have found so many good friends. You guys mean the world to me. Asking me little garden questions, commenting and suggesting and being silly with me….those are the things that make it all worthwhile. Reading your posts and finding inspiration, and getting an opportunity to travel the world to see your gardens and design ideas is something I will always enjoy doing.

So…in order to show you guys just how much I appreciate all of you reading and commenting and following my humble little site here, I am hosting a giveaway to celebrate you!

I have been picking up little items here and there in my travels….here is a snap shot of a few of the items for the giveaway:

I have a couple more things to add to it, but those will be kept a secret until one or more of you open them!

I tossed around several ways to do this…and I just don’t know…

I have considered asking you to comment to me and tell me what your favorite Tootsie Time post was your favorite…

I have thought maybe asking you to tell me what inspired you to follow me…

I have tossed around all kinds of ideas…but I think the best way to do this…is just to put ALL of the names of each of you into a jar, and draw a name or two.

So…I am going to do just that…each person on my list of followers in the Best of the Best section of my sidebar, will get their name put into the jar for a drawing one time.
