A MOTHER!
Today we will celebrate My Mom.
Before I begin the
OKAY… Lets get our giggle on!!!
MY Mother is many things:
She is a Sister…to two crazy brothers…(one on each end of the photo) Hi Uncle Vern and Uncle Fred! xo
She is a wife…(man were they young and SO skinny!)
She is sometimes confused…
Hey…she IS a blonde.
She is a hairdresser (with a sense of humor) Yep…that’s me!
She’s an excellent seamstress (just had some bad taste in color! ) She used to sew all of our clothes when we were little!
She is playful and has the strenth of 10 men! hahahaha!
LOVIN the jammies and the glasses Grammie!
She is NOT perfect…even she makes fashion mistakes sometimes…lol
She is a VERY snappy dresser!!! OH YA!! She could rock a halter top in her day!~ (I am probably going to be killed now for sure!.)
She is patient and creative…That horse had, and still has a horrible squeak…and I LOVED it!
She designed and sewed all the curtains and things for our house.
She is SHORT…AND….She Loves to be outside and spending time with her biggest baby…yes…I am referring to my dad…AKA Grampie.
She is family oriented! That is my late Great Uncle and Aunt.
She LOVED big hair! Good Lord Grammie…if we dyed it blue you could be Marge Simpson!!! hee hee!
She is supportive…even when she KNOWS I am making the biggest of mistakes!
She’s not afraid to get a little dirty…or be a little…ugly…OR do a little welding…oh NO…wait…OOPS! that’s just her regular glasses…there is no welding going on here! MY BAD!
yep…I am going to be tortured…for sure
She is quite physically fit and has an adventurous side…if you want proof…click the photo to get to the post that outlines one of her funniest adventures. I guarantee you will find a giggle or two!
She is MY MOM and the Grandmother to my kids. (who adore her…even when she lays the law down….”or ELSE” )
She is One heck of a business woman!!!
…and don’t forget to pop in and say Hi to Grammie…and get your mom a pair of shoes so she doesn’t drink and drive! In my case…Grammie and Grampie are a bit of a handful…and I could really use a drink or two!
She is a lot of things to a lot of different people…but to me and the kids…she is GRAMMIE…and that’s a good thing. We are all lucky to have you in our lives…

That’s it for me for today!!! I am pooped! You would not believe what I had to do to get some of those photos out of her house without her knowing I had them!!! Yep…I was VERY sneaky!
I really hope all you moms out there are having a wonderful Mother’s Day !!! As for me…I am going to be taking my punishment like a trooper…Mother’s Day is the day they make me shop…for DRESSES! eek!!!
