WELL HELLO THERE!
WELCOME FRIEND!
Do you know what day it is???
It’s Friday !!!!
Friday is a BIG day for us here at Tootsie Time…(ok, just me…there is no one else here…lol) It’s a big deal because it means it’s PARTY TIME!!!!
Fertilizer Friday is the day of the week than an ELITE group of gardeners from all around the world get together, snap photos, link up and Flaunt Their Flowers!!!
If you are new to Tootsie Time and Fertilizer Friday, I just know you are asking yourself…”How do I join?”
Well…it’s easy really. Here’s all you need to know to become a part of this great group of gardeners, bloggers and friends:
If it is spring or summer where you live, you need to snap a few photos of what you have growing, blooming or just love to look at that is of the plant variety…if it is winter where you live, you may post past favorite photos…or indoor plants…whatever you like.
The only criteria is that it is a plant or something growing!
You do not need to use fertilizer to participate in this party, but if you do, this is the reminder to fertilize weekly!
All I ask is that: Your post must include the logo above and/or a link to Tootsie Time, or the linky will be deleted
So?????....I would like to invite each and every one of you to join in and share your photos...
Welcome back! I missed posting last week…but the break was good…Lets get started.
I have not had a lot of time to do any gardening this past while…I have been busy busy and my garden is showing a little neglect…BUT…I do have a few wonderful new blooms to share!
There were about 200 photos of my yard that I looked at to share today. I had 2 choices…I could show you the entire yard today, and bore you with the same old shots…OR I could share some shots of the fantastic blooms…so that I what I decided to do…Take a look:
My Zinnia decided to bloom FINALLY…I love the lime green color!
Another one of my Hydrangea is blooming!!! YAY!
The tiny cotton easter hedge that I planted this spring with Grampie (my dad) is doing VERY well indeed!!! I am so relieved…I thought it would struggle…NOW…I just need to get it through the winter!
VOLUNTEER Nicotana…just popped up two weeks ago…it must have seeded itself from last year…I didn’t plant any this year!
Last fall I took seeds off of a Fox Glove growing in a friend’s flower bed…It is so pretty with the purple and blue flowers!
My Rudbeckia is blooming!!! I plant them every year…and love the look of each bloom.
Another Rudbeckia…they are so pretty!
Well….that’s it for me for today…I don’t want to make my post too terribly long…You guys need a chance to share too!!!
What are you waiting for???
GO!!!
Get your flaunt on!!!
You can link as many posts as you like…I don’t mind seeing lots!!! Especially since we missed last week!
I wish all of you hugs and smiles, and safe and happy weekend plans!
Thank you all so much for dropping in today, and to those that faithfully link in to this party…and who are patient while waiting for me to FINALLY visit you…also…it seems there are not enough hours in a day anymore...THANK YOU!

Envious of your volunteer Nicotiana. I think I am going to have start anew with some.
Our foxgloves look like thimbles and now 'false foxglove' is about to bloom in the meadows. Botanical names are Digitalis, Consolida and Agalinis. So much to remember, it makes my head bizzy!
