Fertilizer Friday/ Flaunt Your Flowers Jan.24/14

Friday is a BIG day for us here at Tootsie Time…(ok, just me really…there is no one else here…lol)  It’s a big deal because it means it’s PARTY TIME!!!!

Fertilizer Friday is the day of the week than an ELITE group of gardeners from all around the world get together, snap photos, link up and Flaunt Their Flowers!!!

If you are new to Tootsie Time and Fertilizer Friday, I just know you are asking yourself…”How do I join?”
Well…it’s easy really. Here’s all you need to know to become a part of this great group of gardeners, bloggers and friends:

If it is spring or summer where you live, you need to snap a few photos of what you have growing, blooming or just love to look at that is of the plant variety…if it is winter where you live, you may post past favorite photos…or indoor plants…whatever you like.

The only criteria is that it is a plant or something growing!

You do not need to use fertilizer to participate in this party, but if you do, this is the reminder to fertilize weekly!

All I ask is that: Your post must include the logo above and/or a link to Tootsie Time, or the linky will be deleted

I would like to invite each and every one of you to join in and share your photos...
There is nothing for me to share until I get my greenhouse up and running, so the flaunting is up to you guys this week.  When I look outside …all I see is snow.

This month,  I am exhausted.   Pooped.   Played right out.   Life has been very busy for this girl the past few weeks…and I wish there were more hours in a day, so I could get a few more things accomplished each week.

I have been pouring over seed books, and trying to figure out what to plant…and what didn’t work for me last year.   I have also been racking my brain trying to make my greenhouse a little bit more efficient in those DEEP cold days that are still to come.   I have not started planting yet, as I had some scary days last month in the greenhouse, where the temps fell dangerously low in there and I was at risk of losing all of my tropical plants to the cold.

Yep…I am nervous.

I am still needing bales of soil, and a few seeds…but there will be some things planted…soon I hope….so until this happens, the flaunting is all yours!

Whatcha waiting for????   Go!   Flaunt!

Until Next Time....Happy Gardening

*)*)*)... Even if you walk a mile in mine or someone else's shoes you don't have the right to judge. There is always something in your life that is not perfect.

The weather even here is uncommonly cold. I hope your tropicals will be safe inside. Some that I didn't take cuttings may be forever gone, outside.

Take care of yourself, Tootsie.

Hi Sweetie! Boy are you cold! Our weather is so crazy, we haven't had rain at all, scary. Take care, hope you're doing well.

Stay warm and keep your plants in your greenhouse warm too.

Thanks for hosting. Working on adding soil additions to my new beds, some bits of green showing through the ground in a few areas. Have a great week.
