as requested...a weekly shot of the header bed...nice crop circle hey??? lol
Pale yellow Petunia
Tiger Lily almost blooming!
I thought this pot was garbage!!! seems to be catching nicely!
Okay...your turn. Link up and show us what you have blooming! I always find great ideas in your gardens!!!

you REALLY need to paint that bike white!!! You are wasting it's uniqueness because it is blending into it's surroundings too much! Don't make me come over there and take care of things! I will try to fertilize friday this time....really
bye!
Everything just looks lovely! Don't you just love Summertime? :-)

Holy cow woman, you never fail to amaze me! Just when I think your yard can't get any better, it does! That peony is so incredibly beautiful, and I remember portulacas growing in my nana's yard, right alongside her front pathway.
That potted arrangement? AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope your pain is WAY less today! Yippee on setting a date to have that bitch pulled!

Justine :o )

Wow, your lilies are gorgeous and I love the peony! My mom always refused to plant peonies because of the ants, and I just never thought of planting them myself. Her "dos and don'ts list" influenced me a lot, without my even thinking about it ... she never planted snapdragons either, and I finally planted them for the first time last year and I loved them! So, I decided to take the plunge with the peony too and I picked one up at Canadian Tire. I know they're supposed to be planted in the fall, but hopefully it will survive. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the pictures - your garden is always an inspiration!

I am so glad that you are feeling better. You are way too sweet to have to go through such misery. Your flowers are so beautiful. That peony is so perfect. Everything just compliments everything else in such an artistic way. I can't wait to see your garden progress through the season.

XOSue.

Tootsie I'm so sorry to hear about your tooth - been there and know how horribly painful it is!

I'm glad that you're getting the treatment you need with that nasty tooth. It is true that they will not pull it until after the infection is gone.

Your garden is growing nicely, Mary, Mary, but of course you're not Contrary!

Tootsie, do we really fertilize EVERY friday?? My verbena is not blooming as pretty as it was when I first purchased it, I've only fed it once. I had a peony thats probably old as the hills and it doesn't come back anymore. Portulaca is a fav of mine and I need to get some, your box looks awesome! I was a minute too late in grabbing an awesome old bike with basket at a fleamarket, a guy got it for 20.00!!! Grrrrr!!! I'm looking for one now!!! Hope you have a painfree weekend! xo
It looks like your plants are really filling in. It looks great! That looks like the peony I have, I bet it smells delicious :)

Your gardens are beautiful. I have shamelessly linked myself, not because I have lovely gardens (yet), but because I need help identifying something growing in one of my beds. I hope someone will recognize them and tell me if it is a weed or a groundcover.

Your garden is lovely but I especially love your peonies...I think I need to move mine so they'll get more sun.
